Clients will need to click on the link in the e-mail sent to them by Turbopass and familiarize themselves with the city pass before travelling; Check which attractions require Pre-booking, then book the slots as soon as possible.

Important information

If you have booked the City Pass including the optional skip-the-line entry to St Mark’s Basilica, your entry is pre-booked for 10.30 am on the first day of your City Pass’s validity. You will find the meeting point in your digital City Pass. 
 

Please note that included attractions and tours are subject to change without notice, and some may require advanced reservations prior to your visit.
 

• Visitors are required to allow the inspection of their bags, backpacks, baggage and personal belongings.
• The prison and the armory of the Doge's Palace are not wheelchair-accessible, as a result, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour.
• Attention: A correct dress code is absolutely requested for entering the Basilica and the Palace. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts or sandals are thereby strictly forbidden!
• Occasionally the Doge's Palace can be closed to the public, without previous notice, due to high tides or particular festivities. In the case in which the basilica is closed, the guide will give you explanations from the outside.

• After booking, you will receive an email with the link to your digital pass and the booking app. 
• Check which attractions may require advance booking and book your time slots via the app.
• Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of validity
