- After delivery of the tickets, a refund/exchange is no longer possible.

Tickets are valid only for GVB trams, metros and buses.
Details
- Ticket is not valid for the regional buses operated by Connexxion or EBS or in regular (NS) trains.
- It is important to check in when entering and check out when leaving a vehicle, even if you only transfer to another vehicle. On each door of trams and buses there is a card reader. Hold your card against this card reader at the beginning and at the end of your journey.

- Your ticket is an open ticket and valid for the time printed on the ticket.
- Your ticket is valid for the chosen number of hours (not calendar days) and starts with the first use.
More than 10 minutes have elapsed since you added a service to your cart.
To ensure their availability the services are deleted once this time has elapsed.
