Helpful information

• You will receive a dated/timed ticket  with your booking.
• All visitors have to go through one of the two security checks, each ticket type has its own security check.
• Please note: all standard ticket guests wishing to see the 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked time.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or over).
• TIPP: Combine this attraction with an unforgettable cruise on the river Thames! The departure of the `London Eye Rivercruise` is right beside the London Eye!
• Wheelchair accessible, wheelchair hire is not available, no mobility scooters permitted.
• Only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a max. of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.
• The disabled guest pays the standard ticket price and the accompanying carer can go for free.
