Audioguide: For the free Digital Audio Guide, you need to download the application from the appropriate store (App Store or Google Play). Please download the audio guide before going to the museum, once downloaded, you will be able to access the main page, under the "Paris" section, click on "Louvre Museum". Then click on "I have a code" and enter the code which you will receive with the ticket. After that you will be able to download the audio guide dedicated to the Louvre Museum. Attention: Don't forget to bring your headphones to enjoy the audio explanations.
Additional information:
- Children up to 17 years and EU citizen aged 18 - 25 have free access but they need a ticket. Please make sure to indicate the number of children on your booking in order to issue a free ticket for the time slot selected.
- It is strongly recommanded not to bring suitcases and luggages to the museum. Only luggages not exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm will be accepted. Extra delay may be caused by security checks at the entrance.
